OUR VISION

At Endiro Coffee our vision is to be a company that partners with others to end child vulnerability globally through coffee and its people, related products, profits, services, spaces and stories.

So we are really all about coming together with God, with one another and with you to make the world a better place. We believe in the power of hospitality, sharing, conversation, prayer, collaboration, partnership, community, and family. This is where we find the power to brew good coffee that does good things. In short, Endiro is about coming together to brew all the good we can.

Since our founding in 2011, Endiro Coffee has supported a variety of compassion and transformation projects and is committed to continuing this practice.  Since 2014, however, we have been working hard to reinvent the way we engage in the coffee business at every level so that everything we do is positive and transformational.  Here you will learn about our unfolding story and how we are leveraging partnerships, value chain strategies, market expansion, and the ministry of presence to brew all the good we can.

OUR MISSION: 2016-2026

For this decade, we are pursuing this vision through the following 4-part mission:

  1. To extend our business operations to every point of the coffee value chain, from the coffee tree to the coffee cup

  2. To enhance the quality and capacity of our operations, processes, and services at each point in the chain so that we effectively produce a growing volume of coffee products which attain the highest level of excellence

  3. To expand our market within Uganda and around the world through the multiplication of Endiro Coffee café locations, the growth of Endiro Coffee product sales through retail outlets such as supermarkets, and the development of domestic and global green and roasted whole bean coffee supply

  4. To engage the peoples and communities wherever we source, process, or sell coffee in holistically transformative ways by initiating and supporting strategic and contextualized development efforts; forming and nurturing hope-building and community-enriching gatherings and groups; and leveraging innovative business concepts and key partnerships to build sustainable “highways of empowerment” for the local community’s most vulnerable people to find their way to liberty, dignity, and wholeness through mentoring, employment and education
